Jozi Vibes Party Bus - terrible experience - do not use them!!

Also known as Jozi Vibes Party Bus - had my daughter's 21st celebration on 3 February 2024. Wrong party bus arrived than what I booked; bus was dirty inside; no ice as promised; bus came earlier as arranged but driver was not at the bus to open for us to decorate it in time, so we started 30 minutes later than scheduled; toilet cubicle inside of bus was dirty and smelled awful - no one used it; seats on bus were torn and wet; could not use downstairs of bus as smoke from engine filled the bus; sound system was terrible; assistant on bus stole our food and got drunk.

I spoke to Lawrence who is in charge of Sales and Marketing on 19 February, who has agreed that the service we received was unacceptable. He has agreed to refund 40% of the total I paid, which comes to a refund of R3400. Since then, I have been unable to get in touch with him via phone or email and no refund has been received.
