Extremely disappointed

We planned a trip for 35 friends on the deluxe open top bus for my wife’s 30th on 7 September, to be collected at 3pm for an event that started at 5pm. After initially calling around 2pm to let us know the bus is running about 30 mins late, we eventually had to plan alternate transport amongst ourselves at 4:30pm as the bus was then only scheduled to arrive in another hour in order to get to our destination on time.

On the day, the Jozi Vibes team seemed genuinely apologetic and committed to a refund, however, since then, have been ignoring all calls, emails and WhatsApp’s- we’re yet to receive any refund at all.

It’s unfortunate that this has now ended with our legal team and will most certainly be shared on all forms of social media.
