Lawrence Tinashe Mupanomunda is responsible for completely ruining our matric dance night when the promised party bus was haphazardly replaced with a pathetic school bus. His handling of the refund was just as disgraceful - RUDE, VULGAR, and utterly UNPROFESSIONAL. His customer service was appalling he lacked clear communication, made countless empty promises, and has show a complete disregard for accountability. Nothing short of ****! Many have been conned out of THOUSANDS. This is unacceptable, their operations are borderline *******. Such service is completely unwarranted!!!
