Bad Services from an Inverter Installer

I asked Jozi Solar Power to install an inverter, that was in January. In March I experienced problems with the change over switch, the inverter was no longer generating power. I informed Jozi power, they came and concluded that the change over switch was faulty. They changed it however asked that I pay R1500. I initially did not want to pay the amount, however we came to an agreement that he will enquire with his supplier about the faulty change over switch and reimburse me. A week later I experienced issue with my plugs, could no longer plug my microwave and kettle simultaneously, even on electricity (ESKOM). I asked him to come and resolve this issue. I’m writing this on the 27th of May 2024 more than two months after asking him to resolve his electrical work, Jozi Solar Power has not attended to my concerns.
