Rude Pharmacist Pascal

As the date is the 04-01-19 I had a bad experience of customer service at jozi pharmacy,i went there on the 01-11-2018 for my depo injection,i was assisted very nice by an old lady from that pharmacy,as today I went back as it was my date,i got this RUDE pharmacist so called Pascal,he is so rude Don't think he chose the correct career path,as is not my fault that my information was written on a piece of paper by the person who first assisted me(the old lady),he claims is not the lady's hand writing and said uncertain words to be used to a customer...God bless them.
