Violence of humanity

I am staying at The Senator on of Jozi housing building (sub tenat) early August 2020 the main tenat wrote a letter to building for name change (which haven’t been processed till to date).

On Saturday the 17 October 2020 he came through when I was at work... the tanet who wrote the letter came through and take the fridge from the unit without any consern from me who is staying in the building. I’ve been informing the manager to not allow the person into the flat without my presence. I he fridge had food which worth R1900.00 as purchased on the 15/10/2020

Nthabiseng Mokoena (letting manager) “your not our tanet, we don’t speak with you rather the owner... your not our client go to police if you can cause we cannot help you”. Micheal Moyo (building manager) “ I am gave him the fridge because the flat belongs to him, we don’t speak with you... your a ghost”. Phumudzo mudau (the tenat) “I’ve wrote the letter of the flat, I don’t want anything to do with flat... I don’t stay there please remove my things”.

I am writing this because of the responds I have received from the building. I am not safe, I have meat which is smelly and things are getting rotten and this is not staying well with me cause I don’t remember owing any rent and I am paying rent from my own pocket without Phumuzo, Mike or Nthabiseng involved.

Until when will this matter be held. I went to police and they told me to contact the building to assist with the matter but they told me they don’t speak with me I am not their client... but they taking my money every month for protecting and making sure that I and everything around me is safe.

Phumudzo he even claimed to collect papers from work which he left so that they can open for him.
