Invading private space without consulting tenants

I am a Tenant at jozi Housing flat The Sanator cnr king Gorge and smit street, i have been tenant from February 2018 till present and early last year April the wall in my flat started to mould and drippin some foam like liquid, as a result i reported the incident to the building manager named (Mike) who was quick to say it was self inflicted but later brought people to demolish and check the cause, they did so but never refrained from puttin blame on me...now my problem is when they had to paint the wall, Mike (building manager) asked when i would be available for them to come and paint nd i gave them the day but wht happens next was totaly wrong and unacceptable as they went to my flat without my concern used the master to enter and paint while i was at work and as a result they left paint all over my curtains, when i asked for them to replace my curtain i was told that the painters are no longer working there so i must for them undergoing suspension of something not linked with my curtain..... I have been continuously calling and confronting Mike since April 2019 and even today a year later im still told that we waiting for the painter to pay you, as if he was not a Jozi housing contractor or employee... Mike even goes as far as accusing me of letting in people to vandalize the place when i asked of my curtain, saying infact it was hez wishes to open my flat without my concern and damage my curtain. This is the worst management i have came across and i still libe there as the building is good and convenient for me but the treatment is very poor and very disrespectful. They need to train their stuff well. I mean who knows what else is missing in my place... I am even going to take this further as they still not showing any remorse nor courage to help refund me curtain.
