Horrible customer Service

Sick and tired of poor customer service at this place Jozi Housing (windmill park residential estate Building manager Hlolani is so disrespectful,rude and has 0 managerial skills)..People are loosing their things around here and nobody doing nothing people complain on the tentant group which I was removed from for Stating remarks about how management won’t do anything about tentants loosing their thing at the washine line…I asked hlolani why did he remove me from the group and this were his exact words “ I don't want negative people in my group. If you're negative and toxic I chase you out and I don't care who you are!!!!”…I couldn’t believe my eyes I mean what sort of highest rudeness Is towards a customer who is paying monthly rental..he said those words with open chest knowing exactly nothing will happen to him hence the disrespect ..m definitely not the first person to complain about him..I have sent an email to head office nobody has responded…JOZI HOUSING IT IS CLEAR THAT MY SERVICE AND MY MONEY IS NOY GOOD ENOUGH FOR YALL..I cannot be treated like trash while paying my hard earned money…If you guys don’t Deal with your employee for treating for tenant like nothing..I will move out it is obvious that Hlulani has no respect for women coz he does this to mostly women who stays by themselves…he takes advantage of them..
