Lionel the pathethic SERVICE MANAGER.

Pinetown branch has the worst and most pathethic manager Lionel. Who will chase clients away instead of helping to retain them. My insurer referred my car to these ppl at auto hail in pinetown durban and they failed dismally. Firstly they a bunch of ****s and tell me they picked up my car on a friday from the assessment centre then another agent says the picked it up on monday morning. They send me a msg saying the car is stripped on monday morning to check for further damage. I asked to be called back with a list of parts so i can help them get it earlier or faster. no one calls. i call in and they say that the car is stripped and they ordered the parts which will come on thursday. The big idiot LIONEL THE MANAGER who has no sense of customer retention tells me to rather take my car to another repairer and that they havent stripped it but just took the bumper off. One person says one thing and another says something totally different. His attitude was i dont need your business take it some where else. this is the service we get from insurers who use such pathethic panel beaters.

I URGE ALL INSURERS TO BLACKLIST THIS COMPANY OFF THEIR BOOKS AS THEY WILL TARNISH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY IMAGE EVEN FURTHER.
