APPAULING AND TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM JOZI AIR AIRCONDITIONING

Please avoid doing business with Aircon company called Jozi Cooling based in Fordsburg/Mayfair JHB Gauteng.

The owners name is Faizel Ganey and is an affiliate with Jet Air Aircons. We purchased R170 000 worth of ac units and had them installed by Jozi Cooling. 7 months later 9 out of 12 units have failed, pressumably due to sloppy workman ship.

We have been trying to get Jozi Cooling out from the 1st week of Feb 2019 and today is 29 March 2019 and Jozi cooling has failed to come out and fix up their mess. Please avoid doing business with this company. They are full of excuses and will make you wait forever for their after market services.
