Disgusting and unprofessional service

I would give no stars if it was possible to Jozi Cleaning for the unprofessional and poor service I received.

Jeff's team came to my home to clean a few rugs in December. I then called Jozi Cleaning back to return to re-clean three rugs that had brown water stains that came up after they were cleaned. The rugs were then collected to clean off site and only returned almost 6 weeks later after excuses regarding why they were taking so long with them.

One of the rugs is completely ruined. It is clear that the water stains on it were left like that for some time and then they attempted to clean them again.

After attempting to call and message Jeff on multiple occasions to ask him for a solution regarding the ruined rug, I eventually gave up after being ignored. The fact that Jeff did not even have the decency to come back to me after the mistake his business made, is a testament to his business' ethics.

I would not recommend this business to anyone.
