Arrogant driving instructor

Horrible experience on racecourse road, learner driver driving well below speed limit, hogging RIGHT lane. When hooted at, the driving instructor in the passenger seat proceeded to show drivers in passing vehicles the middle finger and fists.

When telephoned to question his poor behavior he proceeded to swear and call names.

As a female who was verbally attacked by such an individual, I fear for the lives of the young ladies under his supervision.
