You have no idea how happy I am.

I felt obligated to put this posting up, because if it was not for the technician from Joyous Communications my phone would still have been dead. I was in Cape Town this week on business and my phone just died. I took it to iFIX in century who gave me a report to say that my phone is beyond repair. I then found this company on gumtree and thought: What do I have to lose. So I want to thank Joyous Communications for the good work, and professional service, but most of all for saving my life, because my whole life was literally on my phone. I also learnt the hard way that backups are very important.
