Two botched repairs & multiple missed appointments

I contacted Desmond last month to repair my broken iPhone 5s screen and as promised he showed within a day to come do my repair at location convenient to me. He was a very nice guy with good manners and I was happy to promote his business on Facebook. However a few days later the screen came loose and I had to contact him to fix this since his work comes with a one year guarantee. This is where the trouble began. We set up 2 appointments to which he simply did not show wasting my time and testing my patience. He pulled all sorts of excuses ranging from traffic, his aunt being in the hospital, then his wife being in the hospital. This went on for a month! When I finally managed to lock down another appointment there was a miscommunication and we missed a 3rd appointment, partially my fault. He came the next day and sorted the issue, I also gave him another customer. But alas, this install of the screen was also botched as the screen came loose again. I attempted to contact him to let him know, but I heard nothing back. Being a nice guy does not mean that you can operate on thinly veiled deception and ignore your customers. If he sorts the issue I'd be happy to delete this review.
