Kind gentleman runs off with phone and money

Desmond currently has my iPhone and has had it for over 2 months. He eventually said he cant fix it and offered to purchase me a new phone if I paid him an additional R1200 and keep my damaged iPhone for repairs. I then paid the additional R1200 totalling R3400 paid to him. That payment was a month and 3 days ago. He has since repaired and sold my iPhone and mentions that he cant get me a phone as his stock is all faulty. I have given him until tomorrow (Friday 29th May) to return everything, otherwise I am going to the police. My phone is insured and this is straight theft, which I am covered for, although I wont get back any calls I have missed and business from those missed calls.<br> <br> Do not use this repair company, and if he doesnt manage to repair your device on site, then rather keep it in peices and take elsewhere, because it will be the last time you see it.
