Great Service, Convenience and Cost-effective

Not knowing what to expect from an ad on Gumtree, I left a message for the supplier to respond to me and I received an email response within 5 mins. I sourced 2 other quotations for a replacement screen for my son's tablet and Joyous Communications was the most cost effective one. I provided the details of the device and paid no monies upfront. The supplier came to my home and the repairs were done at my own convenience and in a professional manner. I was really impressed and I also received a follow up message to enquire as to whether my son was happy with the repairs and whether everything is in order. It so seldom that anyone goes the extra mile these days! Great to see that there are still honest and professional people out there who are passionate about what they do, respect their client and an restore ones faith in customer service. Thanks to a job well done!
