Extremely poor service

Hi. <br> I dropped my cell phone and the screen cracked. I was given the name of Desmond and I entrusted the phone to him. 4 weeks later (after returning the phone because of marks on the screen), the marks are still there, but now neither the back button nor the home button works. Pathetic service!
