Business is all about going that extra mile, and I want to say to Desmond from Joyous Communications, thank you for going that extra mile. At first I was very sceptical as I did some research on the net on the company and found some few bad postings, but then I decided to give Joyous Communications the benefit of the doubt and give them the business. My phone was badly smashed, and the Technician Desmond was unable to repair it at my place, and asked me if he could take the phone with him. I didn't know this guys from a bar of soap, but like i said I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt.<br> <br> I was quite chaffed when Desmond came back to me the very next day like he promised he would to return my phone in perfect working order. I never had any problems again. Once again, Thankyou.
