Bad Aftersales he will take your money and run

I had a screen of my ipad replaced by him and immediately noticed that moisture was forming under the screen and also the screen was not sitting snug and was lifted on one side. It also had scratches and debris a the bottom of the screen. I informed him about this and he said he will replace it. That was in december last year. Its freaking March. Every time he has some sad excuse about his personal life which at this point in time I dont care about. I want my screen or my money.
