Bad after sale service

Joyous Communications replaced my ipad's screen with a 12 month guarantee. After the replacement the button was not working and the screen came lose on the sides. I have contacted the supplier numerous times. He always has an excuse. First his car broke down, then he had a big contract. Then his driver would come. It is 2 months later and nothing has been done.
