Disappointing Joyous

I regret buying from Joyous celebration,they clearly don't know what they are doing. I feel ****med because I made payment and have never received the ordered dvd. I sent them an email and they said they would call me,that was the last I heard from them. Honestly this isn't the way to go about doing business, I've been a diehard fan,attended their concerts and purchased both cd's and DVD's,this is really disappointing.
