Doesnt Fix a thing

I have been playing this game for about a 5 years now and the customer service has only become worse and worse. The games name is Digimon Masters Online and is run by Joymax games however they dont reply to customers on their forums and they dont fix major bugs. They are only worried about how much money they can earn in a short period of time so i have decided to come here and make my statement here please do not play this game it will only bring you misery and an empty wallet
