One year after wedding - no album

Words cannot describe the feeling of displeasure we have regarding the experience with Joylight Photography and Deepti Jeram. It is almost one year to the day of our wedding and we have not received our album or any of the photographs. The photographs from one of the most important days in someone's life is all that you have to look back on and it is so utterly disappointing to have gone through this experience with Deepti and Joylight. Deepti has no professional integrity. She does not understand the concept of engagement and communication. For those who are considering using Joylight to record one of the most important experiences in your life, I would heed extreme caution. It took 8 months to get to a stage where the album was ready to be printed and excuse upon excuse of delays thereafter. We have now proceeding with legal action to resolve this issue, as we have had no luck. It seems that once they get their money, the promise of delivery is not certain. I believe that this is unacceptable conduct from a someone professing to be a professional.
