Almost 2yrs after wedding, Still Outstanding Album & High Res Pics!!!

Every girl dreams of the perfect wedding day and when that day finally happens, all that we have to look back at and remember are the photographs that have captured the love, happiness and togetherness of that day. So, apart from meeting the man of your dreams, and the finding that perfect dress…the next step is finding the perfect photographer. In our case, I think we might possibly live to regret our decision in choosing Joylight – Deepti Jeram as that photographer. I think my husband and I have experienced all the negative emotions one can possibly go through with bad service delivery and I suppose absolutely disappointed and disgusted sums up the way we are feeling right now. We have paid Joylight upfront for their services and there is an amount still due to us, but we have to follow up with the delivery of their services. All we (hubby & I) want is our high res pics of our wedding day so that we can compile our own album to our specifications as Deepti Jeram is incapable of doing even that. It took about 9 months to finalise our album as the changes I requested were not seen to immediately. It took about three months of constant telephone calls, whatsapp messages, and emails on our part to Deepti to find out when we can expect delivery of our album and constant excuses on her part for the delays. Our main album is of such poor quality most of the family pictures are so distorted, we barely recognise some of the people there. I believe that those of you considering using Joylight to capture the most memorable day of your lives have a right to know that apart from all the other lucky couples that have used Joylight and not had any incidents, we wern’t that lucky so please proceed with caution. Our last resort now is to proceed with legal action.
