New Website not completed

I signed a contract with Joyhost in February 2017. So far, all they have done is set up my Mailchimp account, which i paid for extra and placed my website under construction. None of the material I have submitted to them have been processed. It has been months now. No response to my complaints or queries. It started off great, but now I have no choice to report them to the consumer council and I expect a full refund so I can go to another company.
