Joyhost is the worst

I have had the worst experience with this company , I do not know what to do anymore. Every time I need them to update or do something on my website, I have to harass them with emails and whatsapp messages.

Recently I paid them to create an ecommerce website for me, this package came with a "toolkit" that teaches you to manage your site. I still have not recieved this toolkit, the last conversation I had with myself "since they do not respond to their customers" was when they wanted to schedule a skype call with me which never took place.

I feel like the money I paid was a waste of my money. I am so unhappy with this company and anyone considering joining should reconsider , they have no respect for their customers
