Stop deforming others while you at fault!

Kindly hear me out as insured, I believe as clients we have to learn the procedures plumbers follow which is advised through our policies. Veronica have spent more than 30 minutes of her time to explain to me how useful the policy is for understanding sakes. There are handy hints on our insurance policy which of i can say I have turned a blind eye on, I wanted to lay a complaint on hello peter for the previous plumbers that came and assisted before Joy of Plumbing with the help of Veronica I am now at ease and I understand that I have a responsibility as a policy holder not all my claims can be attended on 1 claim as there is a limit and protocols service providers are guided on through our insurance. I believe that we need to think and combine facts before reforming Anyone's character at hello peter, this is not a platform to take on deformation whilst you are the one at fault is practically unfair. To all policy holders please face your signed policy before harming others not at fault and just following their scope of work.

Kind regards Thandi Bongekile

Good day,

Thank you for the emphasis. I sincerely hope that the insured take the time to review their policies in order to understand the role of service providers and how we attend to matters accordingly. Betterment is often a term that many do not wish to encounter, yet it remains an important aspect of the process. I truly appreciate your integrity in addressing this.

Kind regards
