Wrong order delivered, bad customer service

<p>The service i received from Joy was terrible, they never answer their phone. My couch took 4 months to be delivered only to find out that they delivered a wrong couch, They never accept their mistakes, always blames the customer. Marzanne doesnt want to refund.</p>
