Poor quality and appaling customer service

I purchased a 'marble' top dining table from this store for approximately R18, 000. The order arrived about 3 months late. Within a month, the marble top is cracking. I have been chasing for almost two months for a refund, but no response. Please do yourself a favour and steer clear of this store. Most of the emails go answered (unless you are placing an order in which case responses are very swift), and phone calls get passed from one admin staff member to another. The owner takes zero accountability. I will be taking them to the small claims court.
