Joy/Riverwalk- THIS IS NO ACCEPTABLE

Please! Can anyone assist with how one gets ahold of the owners of Joy/Riverwalk furniture?! We are at our wits end. It’s been over 5 months- what we ordered has not been delivered and the goal post keeps getting moved. We are beyond frustrated with the store and the sales person (Thersia) because we can’t even get a reasonable response and that is if you even get a hold of her. This has been the worst experience and really I’m trying for anyone that succeeded in getting their furniture what they ended up doing. Please asssit!
