Goods not arriving

My complain in in regards with Joy holdings in partnership or under Joy Furniture

I shipped 2 sets (different containers as they say) of my goods from china through this guys.the first container was loaded 26 November 2024 and until i have not reciprocated my goods, the persons in charge Ockert and Elri been saying the ETA is 2 January 2025,as from then is only empty promises every week which are never fulfilled, when i need clearity concerning my goods Ockert and Elri Nerver pick up their phones not even reverting back to me.All i hear from them every single week is “my goods are still in durban with customs and meeting every week“ for over a month???

Second sets of goods left china December 2024 ETA was 27 January 2025 til date its more than 50days no feedback as yes, Very Very bad communication from these guys. My frustration even let me to contact Elri and asked her for their warehouse address she gave me the joy furniture address and and when i arrived there no one could attend to my problem tried call her to asked whom should i talk too,she never answered nor bothered to return back my call. Im soo disappointed in this company playing duck and dive with clients, never keep up to their word.all i need now is my goods or money i used to purchase all my goods because im fighting with my clients daily for empty promises i get from you guys
