Deceptive advertising & bad service

Good day I trust that you are well. I have been dealing with Joy furniture since late November last year. I ordered a dining table and when it finally arrived this year March it was so disappointing. The design looked nothing like what was ordered online, when it was installed the installers from joy furniture couldn't install it. The legs were rusted, the table top too small for base and quite frankly an absolute disaster. Communication with Joy furniture has been one big nightmare. It's like one is dealing with a fly by night retailer. Emails are never resounded to on time, one must send five just to get atleast one resolves. There are always excuses regarding their telephones and I quite frankly can no longer deal with them.

I am requesting a refund that is being refused! This is deceptive advertising and I want my money back!

Please see communication in the past regarding this matter. To date I have not gotten a response from anyone.

I hope you can assist me in resolving this.
