Cheap Bond Leather Sofas that don't last 1 year, the leather peels of and the customer service is a disgrace

Purchased a sofa for over R20000 and within 3 months the leather was peeling. We were sold the sofa as genuine leather, but it's actually cheap bonded leather. We tried to communicate with the owner Ockert and he never rep**** to our calls or response regarding the issues with the sofa. We pursued through the CPA but after 18 months we just gave up as they can't enforce the law. The sofa was only fit for the bin after just 12 months.

All the positive feedback you see is **** user profiles. They have removed the reviews section on their facebook account due to so many people having the same issues and users were sharing their images of peeling sofas and explaining the disgusting after care service received from JOY Furniture.
