Jowetts customer service simply outstanding

<p>I bought a MTB from Jowetts from their online shop. I first requested to be contacted via webform during the weekend and was indeed contacted back by Viv. She was friendly. Helpful and proffesional and is very passionate about cycling. Compared to the various other cycling shops I visited and requested help from Jowetts support and advice was a step ahead. Ingrid and Gary and Viv always assited even when there was challanges. Being situated in KZN and me in Gauteng makes it significant. I will now only buy from Jowetts going forward. :-).
