Stay Away from Jouvence! A free Trial aint a Free Trial.

Ordered a free sample at a cost of R70 and waited two weeks for delivery. Followed up and delivered on the 20th of November 2018. Two days later my account was debited R1354. I queried the amount and was told that I agreed to the terms and conditions and will not be refunded. There's absolutely no better way to describe this than a total ****. I have ordered trials before with Isabella Garcia, very professional and during the trials a consultant is in constant contact for feedback and after the trial is ended and are satisfied then you subscribe. In addition the terms and conditions are read to you on the line and recorded. JOUVENCE you can take a leaf out of Isabella Garcia International on their customer centric values. Stay away from Jouvence guys as the so called FREE trial isn't a trial at all. The R70 that you pay for delivery of the "trial" covers the so called "sample" that you are debited without consent.
