I ordered free products online, and I was charged for shipping only. This was fair because that was what Tryjouvence promised. Weeks later I was surprised with two payments going through my account, R1 354.00 and R 1 297.00 which I haven't planned for. When I phoned them they claimed that I was supposed to tick a box to cancel the order. I have not been refunded. I hope everybody would see how we are being ****med.
