Jouvence **** (Tryjouvence)

Hi,

I ordered the free cream and paid for the delivery, Now they have charged me R1354.00 for 30 day trial products . I only received one face cream, I contacted them and they say I was supposed to cancel within 30 days but no where on the site that you order from does it say this. They do not want to refund me the R1354. It is a **** and please don't order from them.
