Jouvence free trial ****

Jouvence advertised this amazing facial cream and offered a free trial on their website. When one orders you are only liable to pay a R70 shipping fee. I received the product, which I have not used thus far.I was not concerned as it only cost R70. Then on 4 NovemberJouvence debited my bank account with an additional R1354. Not sure what it is for as I did not order any additional products from them? I am now trying to reverse the charges, phoned my bank and had my card blocked.I ordered the FREE SAMPLE as advertised.
