Considering that I am registered with the DMA's 'do not contact me' database, I would like to know where you got my details and why you are contacting me on my personal cell number.<br> <br> My number is for MY use, not yours. By contacting me without my written consent you are in violation of the Consumer Protection Act, in case you didn't know. You may think that sending an anonymous SMS may save you some trouble with the CPA - Unfortunately your consumers are more intelligent than you think. Visiting your link quickly took me to your website to find out who this underhanded (yes, underhanded) company is.<br> <br> What if I was in the market for a car? You are now squarely at the bottom of the list of people I will contact. EVER. <br> <br> Best you don't start the conversation by breaking your would-be-consumers trust, and exploiting contact details of the unsuspecting public to continue your ******* marketing practices.<br> <br> Whomever you bought my details from sold you a dud. Do you have no system in place to ensure that the data they are selling you is credible? If not, perhaps you don't value your reputation enough to bother.
