I have been assigned to these attorneys from January, on my mother's estate, only when I call them I get feedback or I need to send them email, they don't give feedback, what annoys me is when I call them they want this and that, my question is if I didn't call how would I have known what they want.. Other documentation they want they know that I can't get because I don't have letter of executor, why do we pay for a service so much money but lacks in efficiency and communication
