Nicola giving me a bad service
Hi, I am dealing with Nicola for the for the transfer of the property that I am purchasing, She and the seller went to accept another offer while mine is still valid and the bank has granted me bond. I want to go through a legal route for this incident as they don't want to consider my offer anymore while the contract is still valid. I sent Nicola numerous emails and tried to call her, she is not responding in my emails and she always drops the call once she hears that its me on the line. I want to report such lawyers like her.

Please note that it is not true that my OTC lapsed before I was granted the Bond, Nicola and Peter can wittness that failing which my agent can send copies of emails between Nicola and the Bond registration lawyers, after that Nicola sent me an email with the bank details asking to confirm the date of payment. Please note that the seller entered into a new agreement while mine was still valid it is not TRUE that OTC lapsed before the approval of Bond, my agent confirmed that he is more then willing to forward emails as a proof should there be a need.
What dissapoint me mostly is the fact that you also just all the this without the proven facts, it would be nice if you have gathered all the information before you come forward as non of the things you saying here is true.
The bond registration lawyers also talked with Nicola who is no where to be found now and confirmed the approval of Bond before my contract lapsed and Nicola acted on that though they have signed a second OTC.
I understand that Nicola did communicate with me that the OTC has Lapsed however my agent responded to her with the dates and the bond approval to prove her wrong as it was not lapsed yet.
