The Emergency Room practice of Joubert, Schneider & Van Heerden will in seconds swipe your card without problems but when it comes to the time where they need to give refunds, the doctors of this practice don't give a damn and according to Petra, the practice manager (no less) has done her job and the doctor is the culprit for not releasing the refund. Petra has NO interpersonal s****s and should not even speak to a living breathing person with that horrible attitude. Rudest person I have ever dealt with and the tone of voice is so condescending you lose your last marble trying to stay calm. If you don't like your job just go do something else as you are hurting the practice of these doctors. THESE people are the reason that if I ever have to go to an emergency room, I will go straight to Wilgers Hospital and skip Pretoria East Hospital altogether.
