Joubert & May - Bond Attorneys

It was brought under my attention that Standard Bank gave Joubert & May Attorneys a condition for the release of the bond. The 'word of a possible' condition as received today from Ruan Vorster Attorneys indicates that Mr AJ Du Plessis and Mrs Du Plessis existing bond should be settled before we (Mr EE Du Plessis + Mr AJ Du Plessis + Mrs E Du Plessis) may proceed with the purchase of 17 Harrey Dilley Street. Kindly refer to the emails below, we only received 'word' of this speculated condition today 17/02/2015. Why was this not communicated to us Joubert & May Attorneys when you received the condition ?I advised Ruan Vorster Attorneys that we are not aware of this condition, we've already given notice to our current landlord and made arrangements to move into the property as soon as possible, only to find out that Joubert & May Attorneys had information that was never communicated to parties involved. This is truly in bad taste and unacceptable. Joubert & May Attorneys wrote in a response, 'now you want to make it everybody's fault except your own and that I must do as I see fit, no apologies from their side. Now Ruan Vorster Attorney is billing me almost R12 000.
