Terrible communication and service

The service and communication of Joubert Furnisher is very disappointing. I was told delivery would take place today, so I made arrangements to wait around all day only to be told it will be delivered next week due to rain (it drizzled for about an hour today). The amount of chasing, messaging and calling I have had to do to get a response (which I am still waiting for) is actually incredible. They don't take your calls or respond to messages when it doesn't suit them.
