Ordered a custom couch. Upon ordering, notified it will take a month to be built and delivered. A month later, queried as to how far it is. I was told it'll take 8-9 weeks after paying. About 7 to 8 weeks in I enquired as to when I can expect delivery to which I did not receive a reply. Keep in mind this entire time I was dealing with an unknown employee or the owner. On the day I received an email to say I need to call the number they provided to me as they need to deliver THE SAME DAY. I expressed my disappointment with their service as I've been enquiring the entire time as to when we can expect delivery as provision needs to be made(my wife and I both have full time jobs).To which I got a reply "We will keep it in the showroom". I am now struggling to get a refund from these **********. When I phone the number the owner does not answer. He only promises to pay the refund over whatsapp to which I have not received anything after two weeks.
