DISAPPOINTED TO THE MAX- Let's just through about R18 000 + in the drain away. We trusted this company in making our couches for our home, it went good for about a year and then we found wood termites in the one part of the couch, we took it back immediately and Joubert furniture then told us it's okey we have a 5 year warranty and they will fix the couch.

Here is where it gets interesting as about 3 weeks went by and still no word from them. My husband decided to go to them as we are calling and NO ONE phones back. We found our couch in a corner with ******* on top of it and asked them if that was out couch and no one again knew what to do with the couch and moved it from one place to another. After another week or two Joubert furniture then sent us an video of how they are fixing our couch just for us to see all the planks they are using to make the couch are FULL of BLACK MOLD! (Joubert Furniture also says they use treated planks only) EVENTUALLY we receive our couch back and the couch is so DIRTY and we took it back again! After a couple of arguments the lady that works for Joubert Furniture said the owner is not available and it's better she helps us because he would have treated us much worse.

After I have insisted they make the couch new again with new planks and material we waited for another 2 weeks almost and yet again the work they have done is so pathetic that the couches don't even link up to one another. At this point I just want a refund and them to take their stuff back. It's funny after all these problems that the owner of Joubert furniture (Francois) can not even call his clients back with an apology. I will NEVER EVER recommend this place so if you have supported them please be aware that your couches might have mold in or even wood termites. DISCUSTED IN BUSINESSES THAT DONT OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES AND ACT LIKE NOTHING IS WRONG.
