Incorrect colour delivered, stained, not well made.

Steer clear. We have received our modular u-shape sofa and what was seemingly ahead of schedule on arrival, it was completely the wrong colour and the fabric and cushioning in places lumpy and/or loose or gathering funny. The modulars were soaked and now stained even though part of our request was scotchguarding. We have tried to make contact with Francois from Joubert Furniture with no reply. They're screening our calls, ignoring messages and avoiding us.

If you happen to see items being sold for "cost price" on their factory floor, it's very likely returned furniture from disgruntled customers.
