Joubert Furniture has delivered shoddy workmanship and missed committed delivery dates significantly. Misaligned components that could not fit together, design specs not followed, incorrect measurements, poor stitching, incorrect material used despite specified differently. Missed repeated dates committed to in writing to effect refund. Undertook to refund but have not.
