Absolutely Shocking Service and Quality

I would highly advise against ordering from @joubert_furniture_cape_town my delivery arrived very late, with communications coming from three different numbers, leading to significant disorganization. The couch arrived without the promised Scotch guarding, excluding the promised hooks to secure its pieces, and with sections of varying heights and sizes, resulting in noticeable gaps and discomfort. Additionally, the feet are misaligned, and there are numerous STAINS evident on the white couch I ordered, including dirt, large dark marks, and a blue marker stripe. I tried messaging back to rectify the issue and even spoke to the delivery guy on receipt of the order and all failed to respond back. They blocked me on social media and blocked my calls. Apparently they’ve been doing this to many customers, all unsatisfied with the shockingly awful quality of the product. I feel ****med and I want my money back. Even if I managed to clean the couch, the pieces are all different sizes.
