Terrible Experience with Uncooperative Customer Service

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I reached out to request a bank confirmation letter, which is a basic and common request. However, they outright refused to provide it without any valid explanation. Not only that, but the customer service was incredibly arrogant and unhelpful throughout the entire interaction. It's shocking to encounter such disregard for customer needs and basic courtesy. I strongly advise against dealing with this company if you expect even a modicum of professionalism and respect.
